Our post-grad college baseball program — a full development year of training, testing, competition and recruiting support for players chasing the next level.

The program
A year that changes the conversation
The Arena® Ospreys give graduated players a place to train like a college athlete before they become one. Players work daily inside our 30,000 sq ft facility, test on the same technology college programs use, and compete on a schedule built to get them seen.
Every roster spot is limited on purpose — our staff keeps groups small so programming, reps and communication with college coaches stay individual.
Who it's for
- Recent high school graduates still looking for the right college fit
- Players who need another year of physical development before college
- Late bloomers whose metrics are climbing fast
- Athletes recovering from an injury that cost them a recruiting season
- Players reclassifying or transferring who need a development year
What's included
Four pillars of the Osprey year
Daily development
Year-round throwing, hitting, catching and strength programming through the ArenaMetrix Performance System, with verified TrackMan, HitTrax and VALD testing.
Games & competition
A competitive schedule against college and post-grad opponents so improvements show up in live at-bats and innings, not just in the cage.
College placement
Profile building, target school lists and coach outreach through Foundry Sports Group, our college recruiting program.
Academics
Flexible schedule to allow athletes wanting to take college coursework while they train and compete.
Season
Dates & schedule
September 2027 – May 2028. Game schedules will be posted in Fall 2027.
